1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. pitted dates
3 T. chia seeds
3 T. apple butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend until the mixture begins to come together. Typically the ingredients will stick together, forming a ball.
Roll tablespoon-sized scoops into balls.
